 John C. Garrison has served in state government for several years in the area of Administrative Law. In a private and separate effort, he has been engaged in the study of federal tax history and law and in tax reform activism for over two decades.
Educational Background: In addition to completing a graduate law curriculum at the University of San Diego, the author has also earned a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Redlands and a Masters Degree with honors in Theological Studies from the Theological Seminary of Chicago’s North Park University.
Other Interests:The author is a multitalented intellectual with a variety of interests. In addition to his scholarly interest in political science and theology, he is also a serious student of history, philosophy and psychology.
